About Oklahoma HOSA
HOSA, future health professionals, is the premier organization for student leaders pursuing careers in the healthcare industry. HOSA’s two-fold mission is to promote career opportunities in the health care industry and to enhance the delivery of quality health care to all people. HOSA was officially organized at a constitutional convention held in Arlington, Texas in 1976.  Before the HOSA we know today, it was focused on limited supportive nursing, dental, medical and related occupations programs, as well as organized pre-technical programs in health careers approved by a State Department of Education. Learn more at hosa.org
