MNTC a Winner of The Oklahoman's Top Workplaces 2019 Award

Moore Norman Technology Center has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2019 honor by The Oklahoman for the second year in a row. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture including alignment, execution, and connection, to name a few.

MNTC Superintendent/CEO Brian Ruttman said,

The Top Workplaces distinction is a huge honor for MNTC to have earned again. Our employees are exceptional, and the culture that we try to create and nurture throughout the year is evident. I’m grateful to be a part of an organization that continually strives for excellence and – for a second year – made a very short list of companies that are named Oklahoma’s Top Workplaces.

MNTC was established in 1972 and is one of 29 technology centers in Oklahoma's CareerTech system. Its focus is on workforce development through technical education, training and industry certifications for adult and high school students. MNTC also offers customized business solutions and training for industry.

Energage CEO Eric Rubino said,

The Top Workplaces award is about much more than recognition and celebration. Our research also shows that these organizations achieve higher referral rates, lower employee turnover, and double employee engagement levels. It just goes to show that being intentional about culture delivers bottom-line results.
