MNTC Health Programs Donate Much-Needed PPE to Local Hospitals

MNTC full-time Health Careers programs donated much needed PPE to local hospitals in the metro since demand for the equipment rose in March and quantities became scarce. The donated stock came from our programs' training equipment reserves, and from the health labs that students use for clinical skills testing. Norman Regional Health System and Integris Southwest Medical Center were two of the sites that accepted MNTC's donations of masks, yellow gowns, fluid-resistant masks, N95 disposable masks, surgical tie-on masks, surgical gowns, isolation gowns, and face shields. MNTC has had long-standing clinical site partnerships with these hospitals, and many of our graduates are hired each year by both organizations. We are proud to serve them.
