Moore Norman Technology Center is offering free online learning and test preparation resources for their students studying for CompTIA certification exams as a first step toward a potential career in information technology. 

The offer is available to any student enrolled in CompTIA’s ITF+ (IT Fundamentals), A+, Network+, or Security+ courses during the 2019-20 academic year.

Students are eligible for free, 60-day access to CertMaster Practice, the online exam prep tool that helps learners stay on track, maximize study time and prepare for their certification exams.

MNTC is collaborating with CompTIA and Amplifire, the leading eLearning platform built from discoveries in brain science, to allow students to complete their IT studies by taking a certification exam.

CompTIA Executive VP for Global Certifications John McGlinchey said,

Students can build on what they’ve learned in the classroom so they are confident and prepared when the time comes to take their certification exam. With our new remote testing delivery option, students can learn, practice and test at home with full confidence.

CompTIA and Amplifire developed CertMaster Practice so students can quickly assess their knowledge and maximize their study time. The prep tool identifies each student’s unique knowledge gaps and personalizes the learning experience in real-time to fill those gaps and guide them towards mastery. 

The tool engages students and builds their confidence by letting them take practice exams and directing their study efforts where needed so they can successfully complete the CompTIA certification exam.

Qualified applicants will receive instructions via email in 24-48 hours on how to get access. The offer is limited to one license per student.
