MNTC students win 63 medals at Oklahoma SkillsUSA SLC.

Moore Norman Technology Center students return from Tulsa after the Oklahoma SkillsUSA State Leadership Conference with a total of 63 medals. The journey to SkillsUSA Championships began at the local level with regional and district competitions. After a year of learning their skilled trade, students were given the opportunity to show off their talents and test their skills.
MNTC SkillsUSA members showed up with confidence, bringing home a total of 63 awards. There were 34 first place winners, 12 second place winners, and 17 third place winners.
Traci Hopper, CTSO Student Organization Coordinator at Moore Norman Technology Center, stated "I am blown away by the amount of students we had medal on stage this Tuesday. This is a direct reflection on our amazing instructors for all they did to prepare students." Twelve different instructors had students qualify for SkillsUSA NLC.
