Superintendent Ruttman took the stage at the Norman Chamber's State of the Schools luncheon to shine a spotlight and Oklahoma's Career Tech system and Moore Norman Technology Center. Once called "the best-kept secret," Superintendent Ruttman proudly declared that it’s not a secret anymore! The audience heard multiple examples of MNTC as a driving force in workforce and economic development for over 50 years, training successful workers in healthcare, technical trades, and other high skill, high demand, high wage career fields. Looking to the future, Mr. Ruttman outlined bold efforts to increase capacity and ensure a seat for every qualified student by 2033.
Thanks to the Norman Chamber of Commerce and Norman Public Schools for providing this opportunity to share vital Career Tech information with an audience that values education!
