Graduation Screen

Moore Norman Technology Center recognized close to 750 graduates from more than 30 career programs during the 2025 graduation ceremony. Graduates included high school students from Moore Public Schools and Norman Public Schools, homeschool, private school and adults from the Moore, Norman, and south Oklahoma City area.

Skye's the Limit Scholarship
Director, Lee Dow announced the 2nd recipient of the “Skye’s the Limit” Memorial Scholarship, selected by the Automotive Collision Advisory Board. Instructors, staff and students gathered around to celebrate Gunner Jones during class. Gunner is a second year student in Automotive Collision Repair and Refinishing.

RCFF on May 15
The 2025 Red Carpet Film Festival (RCFF) is scheduled for Thursday, May 15, 2025. Since 2008, MNTC's Digital Cinema and Graphic Design programs have collaborated to produce a fully-realized short-film event called the Red Carpet Film Festival. Countless hours of research, planning, "pitch day," design, production, and more go into the production of student films. 
 
Eight short films were selected and will be shown at the event. A short description, poster design, and production team members can be found on the Red Carpet Film Festival page.

Jamie M Rogers Scholarship 2025

Two Moore Norman Technology Center Surgical Technology students were recently honored with the Jamie M. Rogers Memorial Scholarship. Brenda Hernandez Villavicencio and Alyssa Hill each received $500 which may be used at their discretion. Parents of the late Jamie M. Rogers, Mike and Nancy Rogers, along with Surgical Technology Instructors Julie Pennington and Fallon Hammond, made the scholarship announcement during their class.

Six Students Awarded the Joseph R. Barnard Memorial Scholarship  |  Moore Norman Technology Center
The Joseph R. Barnard Memorial Scholarship was awarded to six (6) Moore Norman Technology Center students who will each receive a $1000 scholarship. 
 
Representatives from Tio Chuy’s Auto Sales, LLC were present to surprise students in class. The third group of students to receive the scholarship are; Isaiah Neff, Welding; Preston Bradley,Victor Lopez, and Harper Quezada from Automotive Service Technology; Tanner Puder and Zaiah Mays, Aviation Maintenance Technology.
