24 Hours Attendance Number (405) 801-5010

For your convenience, Moore Norman’s attendance line is available 24-hours-a-day to notify the school of absences. Adult students or parents/guardians of high school students should call the attendance line at (405) 801-5010 and leave a message. You will be requested to provide all of the following information:

Name of caller and relationship to student.

Name of the student who is absent.

Name of the program or instructor (if available).

Date(s) student will be absent.

Reason for absence (illness, appointment, bereavement, etc.).

Activity Fund Forms

Activity Fund is to financially support school activities.

School activities are defined as co-curricular or extracurricular activities. Co-curricular activities are school-sponsored activities, under the guidance and supervision of school district staff, designated to provide students such experiences as motivation, enjoyment, and improvement skills. These activities normally supplement the regular instructional program.

Student Information for the 1098-T

MNTC’s Bursar office is required by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to issue the form 1098-T to any student that provides a social security number to the school and is enrolled during the current calendar tax year period.

The form 1098-T will report payments made during the current tax year. The form also documents if you were enrolled at least half-time during any semester and if you have graduated. To ensure timely delivery, please make sure to update your address, when appropriate.

*Student must request this form by completing and submitting the Student Information for 1098-T form to the Bursar Office by January.

Graduation and Continuing Enrollment

Submitting information in this form does not imply or guarantee graduation, acceptance or enrollment into a program or class at MNTC for the 2025-2026 school year. I understand that I must meet with my current instructor and/or counselor before 5:00pm on Wednesday, February 19, 2025.

Engineering students have a different process and need to contact their instructor or counselor before Wednesday, February 19, 2025.

Preferred Name & Pronoun Designation

In accordance with the updated Oklahoma Parents’ Bill of Rights (Oklahoma Administrative Code 210:10-2-1, et seq. and 210: 35-3-121, et seq.), Moore Norman Technology Center (MNTC) will inform parents and or guardians of any requested preferred names and/or pronouns designations.

To request a preferred name or pronoun designation for a student, please complete, sign and return the form below to the Registrar in Student Services at MNTC.

In compliance with Oklahoma Statute Title 70, § 6-401, and the related MNTC policy #595, the following platforms are the only appropriate methods for MNTC personnel to communicate directly with minor students. Outside of these platforms, personnel must affirmatively include a parent or guardian in the text message, email, or other electronic communication.
