Bert Franks is a RAB certified Lead Auditor working with Moore Norman Technology Center’s Quality Management Systems department. Bert has worked in the Career Tech system for 21 years and has extensive experience training, consulting, and auditing quality management systems. He has served as an Oklahoma Quality Award Foundation Examiner for 10 years and is a certified Lean Manufacturing instructor, and Lean, Six Sigma Black Belt. Bert has been training and instructing for over 40 years providing employee and organizational development to numerous clients, employees, and organizations.
Chris Lange delivers customized training and business services that includes leadership, team building, coaching, quality, finance, project management, safety, regulatory preparation, soft skills, computer and technical skill enhancement, handbook development and the occasional esoteric topic among others designed to increase competencies and assist individuals and organizations achieve continued success and growth. Chris holds a BS degree and an ASCP MLT certification. He has served as director of quality for a manufacturer and as career Air Force working as a medical laboratory technician and in related supervisory and education billets.
Greg Waddle has over 36 years of diverse professional background in occupational safety and health practice. His initial 16 years, he worked for the Oklahoma Department of Labor – OSHA Consultation Division. During his tenure with ODOL-OSHA Consultation, he served in various positions such as Safety Consultant, Trainer/Monitor, Assistant Director, Director, and Acting Labor Commissioner when assigned.
For the last 20 years, at MNTC-BIS he has worked with employers, employees, labor unions, professional groups, and other technology centers to ensure workers’ safety and health through proactive customized program development, and training. He also works with the OSHA Training Institute Southwest Education Center to host in-state training, and education for safety & health professionals.
Greg is an OSHA certified Compliance Safety and Health Official.
Henry Dumas is passionate about helping business owners to stabilize and grow their businesses through one on one executive coaching. With over 30 years of private sector experience helping companies succeed in roles such as sales manager, small business owner, agency manager, chief financial officer, public accounting-audit and controller as well as certifications earned as Associate Certified Coach (ICF) and GrowthWheel Certified Business Advisor, Henry is well positioned to engage, enlighten and empower business owners.
Jeff Cole is an experienced manager, trainer, lead auditor, and consultant having assisted numerous organizations with quality management needs. Jeff has extensive experience in designing, implementing, training and auditing ISO 9001, TS 16949, ISO 14001, API Q1 and AS9100 quality management systems. Further, Jeff has provided coaching to world class organizations on Supply Chain Management, Six Sigma, LEAN and Root Cause Analysis improvement methodologies. Jeff is a Certified International RABQSA Lead Auditor, National Malcolm Baldrige Examiner and a member of the American Society for Quality. Jeff has served as a General Manager and Quality Manager for International Automotive/Truck/Industrial Equipment Manufacturers.
Krista Scammahorn has over 20 years of experience in corporate sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams. To her, life is always good when helping others, whether it is professionally or personally. She is passionate about her community and loves to help everyone feel like a winner.
Mr. Ketchum holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from the University of Central Oklahoma and a Master’s of Education degree from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. He is certified by the Oklahoma State Department of Education in trade/industrial education, as a secondary principal, superintendent, and holds the required Technology Center Administrator credential.
Mr. Ketchum spent 15 years in manufacturing and has 25 years’ experience as an educator, including experience as a precision machining teacher, work-site learning coordinator, and instructional director. He currently works at Moore Norman Technology Center as Executive Director, where he leads Business and Industry Services. Before joining Moore Norman Technology Center, Mr. Ketchum worked at Pioneer Technology Center as Director of Instruction, supervising trade and industrial education programs.
Mr. Ketchum has actively participated in Career Majors, Character First, Curriculum Development, numerous Grants, Oklahoma Department of Career Tech Evaluation, North Central Accreditation, Post-secondary Adult Career Education, Professional Development, Strategic Planning, and Tech Centers That Work. He has a strong grasp of the important role industry plays in technical education and understands the value of workplace learning.
