MNTC School Bus
Hours consist of on-line and in-person classroom instruction, range and public road driving, and practical application of skills used in highway driving to prepare new hires for taking the CDL skills exam and obtaining the Oklahoma State Department of Ed (SDE) School Bus Driver Certification. This class emphasizes safety. Topics cover Basic Commercial Vehicle Operation, Safe Operating Procedures, Advanced Operating Practices, Vehicle Systems and Reporting Malfunctions, Non- Driving Actives, Human Trafficking Awareness, Student Loading and Unloading Procedures, Student Management, Highway-grade Railroad Crossing and Student Evacuation Procedures , Backing Maneuvers, and Public Roadway Driving.

Transportation

Join the thousands of motorcycle enthusiasts around the world who want to give back some of what motorcycling has given them. This class will prepare you to teach the Motorcycle Safety Foundation's Basic RiderCourse (MSF BRC). You will learn how the BRC is facilitated and practice with your peers in the course and culminating in facilitating a live class on the final weekend. Upon successful completion of the RiderCoach Prep Course, you will be a Motorcycle Safety Foundation Nationally certified RiderCoach.

The Basic Rider Course is a complete entry-level, learn-to-ride class that consists of formal classroom activities and on-cycle riding exercises conducted over two days. A week before your class begins you will be sent an email to complete the online eCourse. This eCourse is estimated to take five (5) hours to complete. This must be completed before the first day of class.
 
You will be required to bring the following items with you to class: a helmet, eye protection, full-finger gloves, a long-sleeved shirt or jacket, pants, jeans, and boots or shoes over the ankles. Training motorcycles will be provided.

3 Wheel Basic Rider Course at MNTC. Rider wear safety gear while driving 3 Wheel Bike in a parking lot.
The 3-Wheel Basic Rider Course is recommended for all experience levels from the “never ridden at all” student to the experienced rider with no formal training. Classroom and on-cycle experiences introduce basic motorcycle operations to the student and help develop street-riding strategies.
 
All exercises are conducted on our closed-course riding range. A week before your class begins you will be sent an email to complete the online eCourse. This eCourse is estimated to take five (5) hours to complete. This must be completed before the first day of class.
