Starting August 2025, all Personal Enrichment classes will be held at our South Penn Campus! We’re expanding our offerings and welcoming talented new adjunct instructors who bring fresh, creative energy to our programs. This course introduces the basics of American Sign Language (ASL) and is designed for students who have little or no previous knowledge of ASL. Readiness for learning ASL will be approached via visual-gestural communication techniques, visual discrimination, and visual memory exercises.

This class is a continuation of Basic American Sign Language I & II, designed for students who want to expand their knowledge and conversational skills in ASL. Participants will learn to communicate time measurements, classifiers, storytelling and much more.

This class is designed to help someone wanting to learn the art of crochet with little to no experience.
