The Foundation Course in CNC Operations is designed as the next step for individuals aspiring towards a career in Computer Numerical Controlled (CNC) equipment. This course equips students with the fundamental skills and knowledge required to become proficient CNC setup operators. Students will learn to handle the initial start-up of CNC programs, operate and troubleshoot both conventional and CNC machining tools, and maintain quality control standards throughout the machining process.
Emphasis is placed on essential aspects such as shop safety protocols, effective housekeeping practices, and the importance of preventive maintenance in ensuring the optimal functioning of CNC equipment.
