Once students successfully complete the first semester of the evening welding program, a process specific pathway will be chosen from one of the following advanced code specific options:
• SMAW (AWS D1.1, API 1104, ASME Section IX)
• FCAW (AWS D1.1 & ASME Section IX)
Concentration specific training focuses on advance techniques to provide more in-depth theory and hands-on skilled training in these areas to acquire an industry certification.
