The primary objective of this online hybrid class is to teach Healthcare providers the psychomotor (performance) skills of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) for adults, children, and infants, to provide information about Emergency Medical Services (EMS) activation, risk factors, and signals and actions for survival.
The 2020 AHA guidelines provide the foundation for saving lives from cardiac arrest. It teaches both single rescuer and team basic life support skills for the application in both pre-hospital and in facility environments, with a focus on high quality CPR and team dynamics.
This class satisfies the American Heart Association guidelines for healthcare providers and other professional rescuers.
MNTC is an official American Heart Association (AHA) Training Site. After successful completion of the CPR class the student will receive an AHA CPR BLS eCard via email from AHA.
