Ready to dive into the exciting world of acrylics? "Acrylic Adventures: From Texture to Expression" is a 6-hour journey designed to unlock your creative potential. This class treats paint as a vibrant language, starting with the "vocabulary" (techniques) of acrylic techniques and textures.
Get hands-on with brushes, palette knives, sponges, and even everyday objects to explore layering, build captivating surfaces, and discover the incredible versatility of this medium. Then, you'll put those skills to use, moving into the "sentences" (compositions) of abstract and expressive painting.
On a 16"x20" canvas, you'll apply what you've learned about texture and color to create a truly unique, non-representational piece that speaks from the heart. Whether you're new to painting or looking to expand your artistic horizons, this adventure will give you the confidence to make your canvas sing.
