You'll learn how to whip up the perfect royal icing from scratch using simple ingredients and fool-proof measurements. Discover the secrets to vibrant colors that maintain that just-right consistency, whether you're flooding a background or adding delicate details. From basic techniques to eye-catching designs, you'll gain the confidence to bring your creative cookie visions to life!
By the end of class, you'll have a collection of your own beautiful creations plus the skills to continue your cookie decorating journey at home. All supplies needed in class are included in your class fee—just bring your enthusiasm and prepare for compliments on your stunning cookie creations!
