MNTC Employees Accepted into Leadership Programs for 2025-2026

Moore Norman Technology Center is committed to the professional development of our staff and engagement in our community. Each year employees are encouraged to apply for the leadership programs offered through the Moore, Norman, and south Oklahoma City Chambers of Commerce and CareerTech. All the programs have sessions dedicated to enhancing knowledge about key issues and resources. Congratulations to the following MNTC employees for being accepted into 2025-2026 leadership classes!  
 

TEAM South includes Stefanie Garland and Christa Simmons into the program with the South Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce. The mission of TEAM South is to empower South Oklahoma City leaders with opportunities, knowledge, and networks surrounding the culture, business, and resources of this community.  

Kim Anderson, London Smith, and Trisha Marlow will represent MNTC during Leadership Moore led by the Moore Chamber of Commerce. Leadership Moore was founded over 26 years ago to motivate citizens to serve in leadership roles within and throughout our community and to foster relationships through professional growth in a group session.  

 Leadership Norman participants are Sarah Carper and Whitney Kenedy. The Norman Chamber of Commerce has a plan for participants attend a variety of sessions focused on community history, current community issues, leadership, and self-discovery.  

Oklahoma CareerTech Women in Leadership includes Jennifer Parry and Jennifer Tupper. The purpose of the CareerTech Women in Leadership program is to create a professional learning community that will maximize leadership opportunities for women in CareerTech education.
