ANNUAL LEAVE -
0-5 years=10 days of annual leave
5-10 years=15 days of annual leave
10+ years=20 days of annual leave
SICK LEAVE - Employees accrue one day per contract month. A person transferring directly from another public school district can transfer up to 60 days.
PERSONAL LEAVE - Employees accrue up to six days a year for personal business. Unused leave is automatically transferred to the individual’s sick leave account on June 30. No more than 24 hrs will transfer to the individual's sick leave account.
HOLIDAYS - Moore Norman observes 13 holidays per year.
SHORT-COURSE TUITION - Business and Industry Services offers more than 300 short-term classes at no charge to the employee and half price for dependents.
CAFETERIA PLAN - Under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA), pre-tax dollars can be set aside for out-of-pocket medical expenses or childcare costs.
DIRECT DEPOSIT - Direct deposit of your paycheck can be made to your local bank account.
EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM - The EAP provides employees and immediate family members counseling and referral assistance for personal or job related difficulties.
