In Directing, students will explore a highly creative leadership career option! Students will learn about script analysis, making impactful directing decisions, time management and organization, teaching and coaching others, and more. We will focus specifically on theatrical directing, which provides the opportunity for students to build artistic, managerial, and educational skills applicable to a variety of programs/career paths.

In this short course you will learn about basic health care, grooming, behavior, training, safety, and first aid/ CPR of dogs and cats. These topics will help you be the best pet owner you can be. Students will get an introduction to veterinary science to learn how to prepare for a future career in animal health.

Discover the art of personal grooming and styling! This fun, hands-on course explores the basics of cosmetology, including hair washing and styling, braiding, curling, straightening, basic nail art and skin care. Students will learn on mannequins as well as practice on each other to build confidence in a salon-like environment.

Young car enthusiasts will learn the basics that all car owners, current and future, should know! You'll learn basic tool identification and usage, inspecting cars and information retrieval as well as some skills that will get you out of a bind like changing a tire and jump starting a dead battery!

Through hands-on activities, safety training, and expert-led sessions, students will explore aircraft systems, problem-solving, advanced scanning technologies, and 3D printing applications while discovering potential career paths. Explore 3D design, printing, and hands-on STEM activities in this exciting summer course! Learn concept sketching, create 3D models, print your designs, and engage with robotics and circuits using SPHERO and LittleBits. 

Data in Action: Modeling, Design & Prediction is a hands-on STEM course where students use data to model structures, design functional spaces, and explore predictive analytics. Using digital tools, students analyze patterns, create visual models, and apply the engineering design process to real-world challenges.

Students will put their problem-solving and creativity skills to the test. Their challenge will be to to build and test a 1 lb. combat robot. And fight it!

Students will learn the basics of coding by designing and building their own interactive video games using a beginner-friendly platform. No experience required. This hands-on class focuses on creativity, problem-solving, and logical thinking while students bring their game ideas to life.

Basic auto collision techniques and lessons such as locating damage and repair methods to be used. Main things will be showing students how to plastic welding and repair as well as glue pulled repair (GPR).
