Moore Norman Technology Center (MNTC) recognizes the importance of providing access to quality career and technical education. The MNTC Tuition Assistance program has been established to provide educational opportunities for eligible citizens twenty-one years of age or younger on the first day of each class who reside in the MNTC district. The Tuition Assistance program will cover tuition for Moore Norman Technology Center full-time programs and eligible short-term classes* that prepare students for a new career; develop new and emerging job skills; ease workforce transition; and/or enhance career development. The MNTC Tuition Assistance program is available for full-time programs and/or short-term classes up to the amount of $4,000.00.
Student Eligibility:
Student must meet items #1, #2, AND #3 OR #4:
1. Applicant must be twenty-one years of age or younger on the first day of each class.
2. Applicant must live in the Moore Norman Technology Center school district.
3. Adult students must have a high school diploma from a Norman or Moore public school, an accredited virtual high school, or the graduation equivalent (EX: GED or HISET) to be eligible.
OR
4. High school students or students working on their high school equivalency are eligible for short-term classes provided they are in good standing and on track to earn a diploma.
