Cybersecurity Network Administration
Adults & High School Juniors and Seniors
 
In this dynamic program, students gain the foundational skills needed to launch a career in cybersecurity and IT support. Start with core cybersecurity principles—how to identify and respond to cyberattacks, secure networked systems, and protect sensitive data. Next get hands-on practice into computer hardware, operating systems, basic networking, and preparing for real-world technical support roles. This course fully maps to CompTIA’s A+ Core 1 and Core 2 certification objectives, giving students the knowledge and skills to troubleshoot, maintain, and secure today's technology. Ideal for students interested in entering the workforce or continuing in advanced cybersecurity studies.

Adults & High School Juniors and Seniors

Discover how to identify cyberattacks, and how to coordinate and implement security measures for networked-computer systems. Start with intro to basic security principles for networks and operating systems, then move to the basics of repair, maintenance, and installation of computer hardware, software, and operating systems, including basic networking skills. Master the skills required for certifications offered by CompTIA, to include Security+ and TestOut Security Pro.

Receive hands-on training with 4K cinema and HD television equipment to learn all aspects of script-to-screen production including: direction, cinematography, field audio, lighting, Avid Media Composer editing, color grading, graphics, and post-production sound. Two-year class participation includes numerous production crew shoots as well as the completion of narrative short films.
