Service Careers Maintenance
Adults & High School Juniors and Seniors
You will discover all aspects of building maintenance and groundskeeping. You will gain skills with hands-on learning on a wide range of live-work projects, and work with indoor and outdoor power tools and machines. You may focus your training to become a building maintenance assistant or technician, a groundskeeper, or groundskeeper assistant.

- Perform building and facilities maintenance, including basic repairs
- Create and maintain landscapes using various plant materials and a variety of design elements
