MNTC's CNC Machining Program is aligned with the highly recognized National Institute for Metalworking Skills (NIMS) and prepares students to successfully pass several of the NIMS Level One certification tests. Manual Machining skills learned in this career major include; basics of hand tools, job planning, benchwork, layout operations, drill press, milling and lathe processes. CNC skills that will be obtained include; CNC setup and programming, CNC lathe and mill operations, and CNC Basic CAM programming. Upon completion, students are prepared to enter the machining industry as entry level Manual Machinists or CNC Machinists.

MNTC's Database Administration Program prepares students to perform database administration duties such as planning, testing and coordinating database management systems and implementing security measures to safeguard computer databases. Students in this major create relational databases using SQL and PL/SQL programming and work through administration workshop strategies. Students plan, install, configure, troubleshoot and upgrade services for networks while gaining the technical skills required for industry certification in Oracle, Microsoft, and CompTIA.

MNTC's Carpentry Program will introduce students to the skills required to work as a Residential Carpenter in Oklahoma or other states. Students learn, safety practices, carpentry tools and equipment operations, and, are instructed in the skills of estimating materials, blueprint reading, managing a job, and conducting job interviews. Students can earn the General Construction Induction Card (formerly called a Blue Card). Students can earn an OSHA 10-Hour Training Card.

Students who successfully complete this program have opportunities to become employed by Moore, Norman, and Oklahoma City Metro contractors and construction companies.

MNTC's Personal Fitness Trainer Program is designed for high school seniors and adults who want to achieve their maximum potential through health and fitness. Students in this program learn how to coach others through safe and effective exercise, design purposeful fitness programs, instruct and motivate others to reach their personal health and fitness goals.

Upon completion of the program, students are prepared to sit for the American Council on Exercise – Certified Personal Trainer Certification or the National Strength and Conditioning Association – Certified Personal Trainer Certification.
