High School Seniors Only
Practical nurses care for patients with compassion and skill in a variety of health care settings including hospitals, clinics, doctors’ offices, home health, and long-term care facilities. Job descriptions can vary depending on each state’s Nurse Practice Act (regulations). You will train in standard techniques to provide basic nursing care, perform focused assessments, and administer care to patients under the direct supervision of physicians or registered nurses. Conduct clinical rotations at local medical facilities and offices, and prepare to sit for the National Council Licensure Examination for Practical Nurses (NCLEX-PN) through the Oklahoma Board of Nursing.

  4. Schedule and attend Parent Night (Only current HCC students eligible)
Completion of the application does not constitute admission to Moore Norman Technology Center. All applicants will receive written notification once the status of their application has been determined.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

  • The application period for 2024-2025 school year is open January 8 to Feb 16, 2024 at 2:00 p.m.
  • Parent Night is scheduled for February 1, 2024 6-8 p.m.
  • Applications for the 2024-2025 school year must be submitted by Feb 16, 2024. 
  • All items on the requirement checklist must be submitted no later than 2:00 p.m. on Feb 16, 2024.
