Daring Leadership is the Future of Leadership
Based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown, Dare to Lead™ is an empirically based courage-building program designed to support leader agility, team effectiveness and culture change. Her research with 150 leaders, work done over 20 years, compiling hundreds of thousands of pieces of data answered the question, “What is the future of leadership?” with a resounding response of, “Bravery and courage!” The need for braver leaders grows every day!
The most significant finding from Brené’s latest research is that courage is a collection of four skill sets that are teachable, measurable, and observable. That’s right. Skillsets. Teachable, observable, and measurable.
The Dare to Lead™ program focuses on developing these courage-building skills through workshops, trainings and coaching to help individuals, teams and organizations move from armored leadership to daring leadership.
Don't miss your next chance to begin the Daring Leadership program. In this program you will participate in five (5) sessions with a limited group of professionals committed to using the latest research about courage and the future of leadership.
Each session will focus on the skillsets identified through the research of Dr. Brené Brown. The group is limited to 15 participants and will meet with Linda Clark, a Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator.
Individuals who successfully complete the full Dare to Lead™ program will receive a certificate of completion and are allowed to put a Dare to Lead™ Trained badge on their LinkedIn account.
